This London-based creative agency is known for creating work that brands spaces and turns spaces into places. Their expertise spans branding, brand development, placemaking, signage, wayfinding, and digital marketing, and their client list includes some of the most respected names in property, architecture, and the built environment.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of their success.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. It’s about presence, relationships, and influence. You’ll be representing a highly regarded creative agency, building meaningful connections with senior decision-makers, high-net-worth individuals, and long-term partners. You’ll be comfortable opening doors, working a room, and positioning the agency as the go-to creative partner within its sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities aligned with the agency's positioning
- Building and nurturing senior-level client relationships
- Attending networking events, industry functions, and client meetings (often at short notice)
- Confidently presenting the agency's capabilities and creative vision
- Working closely with the leadership and creative teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Managing the full business development cycle from first contact through to agreement
