- Producing full production packs with materials, specifications and build methods
- Working closely with Project Managers and Production teams to bring designs to life
- Preparing drawings for CNC and other machinery
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Contributing to a wide range of projects — from luxury retail to high street, including window displays, pop-ups and shop fits
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar technical or retail design role
- Strong background in retail, experiential or event design
- Excellent technical drawing skills with a solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
- Confident working from concept through to production
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with production teams and suppliers
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Technical skills
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, Vectric, VCarve or SolidWorks
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Rendering experience (ideally V-Ray)
- Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques and production processes
Why this role?
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-established business where you’ll see your designs brought to life in real time. The team is hands-on, collaborative and passionate about what they do — and you’ll play a key role in delivering standout retail experiences.
