!!!Design Director – Environmental design and wayfinding!!!

Will need to see workings behind the polished folio

Can you nurture strong concepts and make them real?

Do you have wayfinding, and can you show the process and problem solving (demonstrate how they got to the concept?)

Have you experience of managing workloads?

Can you develop a tricky client?

Can you nurture and guide junior creatives when you are not able to have hands on the deck!?

We are currently seeking a talented Design Director with a strong background in graphic design to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading creative projects within client budgets while delivering top-tier designs.

About Our Client

Our client is a multidisciplinary studio comprised of artists, designers, and creatives who specialize in creating bespoke artworks and installations for leading developers, brands, architects, and designers. Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling pitch documents and research new opportunities in the public art space
  • Provide creative oversight on projects and workstreams, collaborating with the Global Creative Director
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to new revenue streams
  • Assist in recruiting and managing creative talent
  • Contribute to the studio's overall goals and strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Management experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to travel to clients' sites
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent team player with the ability to meet deadlines
