About Us

We’re a London-based creative studio producing extraordinary experiences for some of the world’s most recognised luxury brands, cultural institutions, and private clients. For nearly two decades, we’ve brought together creatives, producers, designers, engineers, and technical specialists to deliver ambitious, immersive projects that blur the lines between art, architecture, storytelling, and innovation. From global luxury maisons and iconic retail destinations to one-off commissions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, our work transforms spaces, captivates audiences, and creates moments people remember. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Projects to help shape the next chapter.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional project management role. We’re looking for a strategic leader, natural relationship builder, and calm force behind complex creative productions. Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to lead high-performing teams, and can confidently steer projects from ambitious concept through to flawless delivery. You’ll sit at the heart of the studio — partnering closely with founders, creatives, clients, suppliers, and production teams to ensure every experience is delivered with precision, creativity, and impact. From luxury activations and immersive environments to technically ambitious installations and bespoke experiences, you’ll oversee projects that demand both creative sensitivity and operational excellence. If you love turning big ideas into beautifully executed realities, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the Projects Team
    • Inspire, mentor, and grow the Producing & Project Management team
    • Build a culture that champions collaboration, accountability, creativity, and excellence
    • Lead from the front on some of the studio’s most high-profile and ambitious projects
    • Bring clarity, confidence, and momentum to every stage of delivery
  • Driving Exceptional Client Experiences
    • Act as a senior point of contact for luxury brands, private clients, and key stakeholders
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional communication and service
    • Translate creative ambition into tailored, executable project plans
    • Ensure every client interaction feels thoughtful, seamless, and elevated
  • Delivering World-Class Projects
    • Oversee the full project lifecycle — from concept and planning through to execution and post-project review
    • Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing, suppliers, and production schedules
    • Collaborate closely with creatives, designers, fabricators, technical teams, and external partners
    • Ensure every detail is delivered to the highest possible standard
  • Raising the Bar
    • Constantly look for ways to innovate, improve processes, and elevate delivery standards
    • Stay connected to emerging technologies, creative trends, and experiential best practice
    • Champion quality control across all projects and touchpoints
    • Help shape the future direction and operational growth of the studio
  • Commercial & Financial Oversight
    • Manage departmental and project budgets effectively
    • Monitor financial performance, project profitability, and risk
    • Support strategic planning and sustainable studio growth
    • Negotiate with suppliers and partners to ensure best-in-class delivery and value

Who You Are

You’re equal parts producer, leader, strategist, and relationship-builder. You know how to navigate high expectations, shifting priorities, and complex creative projects without losing sight of the detail. You’re commercially aware, emotionally intelligent, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about creating exceptional work.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Significant experience leading large-scale creative, experiential, luxury, or production projects
  • A strong track record managing high-profile clients and stakeholders
  • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex project delivery
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • A meticulous eye for detail and high production standards
  • Confidence managing budgets, timelines, and operational planning
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • A genuine passion for design, culture, creativity, and experience-led work
