Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our property marketing agency client based in central London.
You will help manage a portfolio of accounts comprising some of the largest property owners in London and beyond, with the goal to run your projects single handedly and take on more client-facing responsibility.
The role includes:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day running of property marketing projects from start to finish.
- Thoroughly briefing our design team, and any external suppliers
- Managing internal and external deadlines
- Managing and tracking budgets: quoting based on briefs, monitoring and managing when invoices for your projects need to be sent
- Building and developing relationships with your clients and commercial property agents
- Assisting on new business pitches
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous Account Management or Project management experience
- Experience in the Property / Real Estate industry
- An understanding and experience in the design, artwork and digital production process
- Good organisation and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills
- Client facing experience
Employment Type:
- Full-time
- Mon-Thurs 4 days in office and fridays from home
