Account Director – 12 month maternity contract
Our client is a B Corp brand experience agency based in Surrey (office 4 days a week). We are looking for an Account Director to cover a 12 month maternity contract.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years\’ relevant experience within brand experience, events/exhibitions and experiential design (agency side). Events experience is absolutely essential and you must be willing to travel – Europe | US.
As an intentionally tech‑focused agency, we are ideally looking for the experience to include work with global technology brands – and a portfolio that showcases not just what you\’ve delivered, but the creative thinking behind it.

- Communication & Presentation
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and client relationships.
- You are an engaging and persuasive presenter and enjoy pitching – both on brand new opportunities and leading ongoing client creative development.
- You are a compelling writer, able to adapt tone and style across pitch presentations, marketing materials, briefing documents and SOWs.
- You understand the need for clear communications, both internally and with clients.
- Commercial & Operational Excellence
- You have strong commercial acumen – from opportunity mining and revenue forecasting to managing proposals, budgets, and reconciliation.
- You know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives, while protecting space for creative exploration.
- You have relentless attention to detail, ensuring our work is accurate and professional.
