The FitzWimarc School is recruiting a Payroll and Pension Analyst to run monthly payroll and pension data for its staff. The work centres on accurate, on-time payroll, keeping staff records, and preparing pension data for auditors and providers, working alongside Finance and HR. Payroll experience is essential, with some general HR administration likely, and the post serves staff across the whole school. Visa sponsorship is not available, and an enhanced DBS check is required.
What the job involves
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare and submit pension data for auditors and pension providers
- Maintain staff records and support HR processes
- Work with the Finance and HR teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Provide a high level of customer service to staff across the school
