This role exists to support PR campaign delivery, secure strong media coverage and help shape compelling stories.

As PR Account Executive, you help bring cultural moments to life, drafting materials, pitching media, coordinating events and supporting day-to-day client and team needs.

Operating at a national and local level, you will support with brand partnerships, creator identification and outreach and engagement for campaigns, remaining ahead of the curve and identifying potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft press releases, pitches, briefing notes and media materials.
  • Work with the wider PR team to secure coverage by pitching stories to journalists, editors and cultural platforms.
  • Maintain media lists and strengthen relationships with key contacts.
  • Support planning and delivery of PR events, activations and campaigns.
  • Monitor coverage, compile reports and analyse performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the agency to integrate PR across campaigns.
  • Work with the wider team to execute local and national brand and creator partnerships.
  • Regularly take notes and minutes at internal and external client meetings, sharing assigned follow-up tasks with the team.
  • Keeping updated with client and competitor brand activity, media trend spotting and sharing with the wider team.

  • 1–2 years’ PR experience, ideally gained within a fast-moving agency
  • Strong writing, pitching and communication skills.
  • Understanding and curiosity of the media landscape.

  • What Success Looks Like
  • Regularly drafting press releases, pitches, briefing notes and media materials in the tone of TFR and the client’s brand positioning, as well as the hook and desired outcome for our clients, with minimal oversight required
  • Working with the wider team to secure great media and influencer coverage on a regular basis, proactively keeping the team updated with campaign KPI’s and spotting and negotiating influencers who align to our client’s brand objectives
  • Supporting the team and wider business by being on top of administration duties including: compiling meeting notes and actions, ensuring media lists are up to date, reporting and updating coverage trackers and any other general administration support needed
