Why this Role Exists

This role exists to lead the day-to-day delivery of culturally resonant QSR focussed PR campaigns, manage client relationships and contribute to the commercial success of the PR department.

As PR Account Manager, you blend strategic input with hands-on delivery, shaping narratives, securing impactful coverage, inspiring junior team members and ensuring every campaign exceeds expectations.

You play a key role in integrated delivery across PR, Social, Influencer, Creative and Experiential channels, whilst using your QSR expertise to manage exciting brand moments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership + Relationship Management
  • Manage QSR client relationships day to day, building trust and demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
  • Provide proactive counsel, strategic recommendations and clear communication at every touchpoint.
  • Manage client expectations and navigate challenges with professionalism.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns across earned, social, influencer and experiential channels.
  • Write compelling press materials, strategic narratives and creative pitch angles.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines, quality standards and strategic objectives.
  • Media Relations
  • Leverage strong relationships with journalists across culture, lifestyle and consumer media.
  • Pitch stories confidently with clear hooks tied to cultural moments.
  • Coordinate press activity, interviews, events and media partnerships.
  • Monitor news cycles, competitor activity and cultural shifts to identify opportunities.
  • Bring culturally relevant ideas to brainstorms and campaign planning.
  • Team Development
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to other members of the team, while maintaining high standards of delivery.
  • Commercial Contribution
  • Work with the wider team to identify opportunities to grow accounts through expanded scope or additional services.
  • Support PR leadership in forecasting, budgeting and revenue negotiations
