Why this Role Exists
This role exists to lead the development and delivery of creator and influencer strategies that are culturally relevant, commercially impactful and authentically aligned to our QSR client’s brand. As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will identify the right creators, build meaningful relationships, negotiate partnerships and deliver integrated creator-led campaigns, that enhance storytelling across PR, social, content and experiential channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop culturally relevant influencer strategies rooted in your client’s objectives, audience insight and platform behaviour.
- Define KPIs and success measures to ensure clear outcomes and accountability.
- Craft creative campaign approaches that integrate seamlessly with PR, Social, Content and Experiential work.
- Lead all stages of influencer activity from sourcing and outreach, to contracting, briefing, approvals and delivery.
- Ensure creator content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals and cultural sensitivity.
- Manage timelines, workflows and communication across creators, clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents and talent managers.
- Evaluate creator-brand fit with strategic and cultural discernment.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights and contracts confidently and commercially.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring clear tracking, accuracy and cost control.
- Review creator deliverables, payment processes and billing consistency.
- Analyse performance results, preparing insightful reports demonstrating ROI and learning.
- Recommend optimisation strategies for future campaigns.
Skills, Experience + Mindset
- Proven influencer/ creator marketing experience gained within Hospitality, QSR, or Food and Drink categories.
- Strong knowledge of the creator economy, agent landscape and platform behaviours.
- Experience defining KPIs, managing budgets and reporting against performance.
- Strong negotiation, contracting and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to evaluate creator-brand fit with cultural and commercial sensitivity.
- Experience delivering influencer work as part of integrated marketing campaigns (PR, Social, Experiential).
- Excellent communication and planning skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple campaigns.
- A proactive, culturally aware mindset with strong analytical capability.
- Comfortable working at pace with professionalism and maturity.
