Type: Permanent

Why this Role Exists

We're looking for someone organised, proactive and commercially curious - someone who enjoys working at pace, loves getting stuck in, and has a natural eye for spotting opportunities. You're equal parts chaos and organisation: happy juggling multiple things while keeping everything moving forward. You'll support the agency's growth efforts day-to-day - helping to craft outreach, contribute to pitches, keep pipelines up to date, and make sure we always show up in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research and build a pipeline of prospective clients aligned with the agency's offering and ambitions.
  • Support with outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Support the development of proposals, credentials decks and pitch materials in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of conversations, opportunities and pipeline progress.
  • Attend meetings, calls and networking events, representing the agency with confidence and professionalism.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities to inform outreach strategies.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to conversion.
  • Working alongside our Marketing and Events Executive to execute new business marketing strategies.

Skills, Experience + Mindset

You'll thrive here if you bring:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a business development, sales or client-facing role (agency experience preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in outreach and relationship building.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of marketing, social and content landscapes.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Confidence using CRM tools, LinkedIn and outreach platforms.
  • Curiosity about brands, culture and the evolving marketing landscape.
  • A collaborative, team-first approach with a willingness to learn and grow.

The Fitting Room started with less than £20 and a vision to build something different. That idea-to-execution mindset still defines us and is central to how we hire. We look for individuals with proven experience, strong drive and values that align with our culture. If you care deeply about your craft, live and breathe pop culture, and want to help shape an ambitious independent agency, get in touch.
