We’re looking for an Account Director to lead our Client Services team. You will be a natural networker, enjoy building relationships and love all things pop culture. You’ll lead the charge, growing our account management team, providing exceptional service and strategic advice to our retained and campaign led clients. You’ll have solid experience in account management and servicing clients in an agency environment. We’re all about people, we’re growing at the moment, this person will understand that that doesn’t mean all new clients – it means servicing and building with our base. You will work across a range of clients from lifestyle, to hospitality, to celebrity, to entertainment. You’ll be highly respectful of all communities and culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior contacts within our clients, building connections with key decision makers.
- Develop and manage robust plans to maintain and grow our existing client base, including account planning and proactive brief making.
- Ensure the Client Services team is running efficiently and servicing our clients as a best in class function of the wider agency.
- Oversee and direct the delivery of campaigns and projects, measuring the success of these against clients objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and agency news.
- Effectively lead our Client Services team, mentoring and coaching them to develop and grow.
- Lead in the continuous development of our client servicing offering, ensuring this is responding to client needs and industry standards, exceeding these where possible.
8+ years in agency side client services roles
- Experience managing client services teams of 2 or more
- Strong project management and oversight skills
- Client management across senior stakeholders
- A track record of successful management and growth of client accounts
