The Fitness Directory is working with a welcoming Pilates studio in Petersfield to find an experienced and passionate Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified instructor looking to build or expand their teaching schedule within an established Pilates environment.
The studio is looking for someone professional, reliable and passionate about helping clients improve their movement, strength, confidence and overall wellbeing.
The Role
As a Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, safe and high-quality Pilates sessions to studio members.
You may have the opportunity to teach a combination of Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes, with regular sessions available depending on your availability and the studio's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes
- Create engaging and appropriately challenging sessions for clients
- Ensure all exercises are delivered safely and effectively
- Provide clear demonstrations and instructions
- Adapt exercises to accommodate different abilities and experience levels
- Build positive relationships with studio members
- Maintain a professional and welcoming approach at all times
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions
- Follow the studio's policies, procedures and professional standards
About You
We are looking for an instructor who:
- Is qualified to teach Mat Pilates
- Has previous Pilates teaching experience
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, professional and personable
- Has a genuine passion for Pilates and helping people achieve their goals
- Is comfortable working independently within a studio environment
