We prioritise team longevity and protect our staff from burnout with a balanced, mixed schedule of early mornings and afternoons - no endless strings of 5:00 AM starts and zero split shifts.
The role offers a clear pathway into a Lead Coach position (up to 30 + hours/week). As you progress toward the top of the pay scale, your responsibilities can expand to include:
- Leading new member onboarding sessions & sales consultation
- Driving customer service, retention, and business growth goals
- Social media marketing & content creation
Optional Variety (Reformer Pilates & 1-2-1 PT): You'll work alongside our Reformer Pilates team daily. For coaches looking for extra shift variety or additional hours, we offer the opportunity to cross-train into Reformer Pilates coaching down the line.
Your Schedule & Hours: You will work a predictable average of 16 to 22 hours per week:
- Balanced Shift Mix: A healthy combination of morning blocks (05:30 - 11:00/11:45) and afternoon blocks (14:30 - 19:00/19:30) across the week.
- Clean Shifts: Single-block shifts only - no double or split shifts, so you can plan your life around work, not the other way around.
