We’re looking for an experienced and capable Breakfast/Prep Chef to join the team at The Pheasant Inn, our award‑winning 5‑star AA‑rated gastro pub. In this role, you’ll take the lead on breakfast service and support with prep for lunch, playing a key part in delivering the exceptional food our guests return for time and again.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen role

What you can expect to be doing
- Prepare and present all breakfast items to a high standard
- Ensure efficient, timely breakfast service
- Follow proper food storage, handling, and stock rotation procedures
- Minimise food waste and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Adhere to all food hygiene, health & safety, fire, and COSHH guidelines
The role will involve working the breakfast shift 5 over 7 days a week and will involve assisting in the preparation of lunch service. This role will involve regular weekend work. Due to the rural location of The Pheasant Inn, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
