AVP Consultant – Finance, Accounting and Risk at Bruin
Our Client, a leading Insurance firm, are looking to hire a senior accountant to join the finance department. This role will be heavily involved in month-end and year-end processes for a number of entities for an initial maternity cover.
Responsibilities include:
- Month end processes, reconciling journals and posting monthly General Ledger feeds for assigned entities
- Preparing the monthly reporting pack and preparing monthly journals
- Responsible for multi-currency ledgers and closing ledgers
- Reviewing bank reconciliations
- Quarterly UK regulatory returns
Qualifications/Experience:
- Accounting Qualification (1+ years PQE)
- Exposure to multi-currency
- Insurance experience is a plus
