My client is a UK based, PE-backed advisory business with a global reach. Due to continued growth of the business, the need has been identified for a Rewards Consultant to join the team with a real focus on benefits – in the UK and also globally.

About the Role

Reporting to the Reward Director, your role will be varied and have a real impact on the business. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead the benchmarking of our benefits offering, drive global renewals.
  • Work with suppliers and brokers to secure meaningful enhancements, ensuring our benefits remain competitive, compelling, and fully aligned with regulatory and pension requirements.
  • Build a benefits proposition that stands out in the market, modernising our global benefits infrastructure.
  • Contribute to wider reward cycles and strategic projects, giving you broad exposure and the opportunity to influence across the full benefits and reward agenda.
  • Collaboration and partnering with stakeholders across the global business.

This is a role where your expertise will be felt across the organisation and where you have the scope to innovate, influence, and elevate our global benefits offering.

You will have:

  • Specialist experience in Benefits and Pensions, including international benefits exposure.
  • Proven track record developing and delivering benefit and reward strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience leading benefits projects end-to-end.
  • Owning 3rd party relationships with suppliers and benchmarking against external markets.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with ability to produce high-quality reports and insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing at senior levels.
