My client is a PE-backed, international consulting & advisory firm with a UK & Europe Head Office based in the North West. The organisation operates in a highly regulated space where process, controls and risk are key factors. As the organisation continues to grow in the UK and internationally, the need has been identified to strengthen the finance team with a Group Head of Treasury and Risk with a clear focus on ensuring and implementing resilient controls that are best in class to ensure regulatory responsibilities are not only achieved but exceeded.
With global revenues of £500+ million, this is a high-profile role that will lead an established and dedicated treasury/revenue team while working closely with Finance, Operations and the Business to develop and implement strategies and champion continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Treasury professional who has operated in organisations of a similar scale and reach in similarly regulated organisations. You will be experienced in dealing with statutory and regulatory bodies; ensuring and reporting on compliance; and have strong experience and expertise regarding Fraud, MLR, PoC, and monitoring and reporting of the same.
The role is hybrid with a North West base and some UK travel. It is a business that is established yet entrepreneurial and is offering an exciting opportunity to continue its commitment to growth with responsibility.
