We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing, digital and technology driven insurance who is seeking an Interim Head of Communications & Marketing to implement and shape their marketing, internal and external communications strategy during a pivotal growth phase. This is initially a contract until the end of the year, with the potential for the position to be made permanent.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic communications and marketing plan that enhances brand positioning, drives engagement, and ensures consistent messaging across multiple channels. Working closely with senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders, you will craft compelling narratives, support key business initiatives, and optimise both digital and traditional communication efforts.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience leading communications and marketing functions in the financial services sector.
