My exclusive client is a modern disruptor to the financial services industry, with ethical values in how it can support one of the fastest-growing demographics in the UK and internationally. A true scale-up business that supports its customers both directly and through a thoroughly vetted broker network, the business has doubled its activities in each of the last three years and there is no sign of that ceasing - with extensive interest from both customers and investors seeking an opportunity for a secure, ethical return on their strategic investments.
Due to this growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven, collaborative finance professional, with clear evidence of impact and experience in a regulated business, to join the senior team. Reporting to the MD, CEO and Board, you will have the foundations to execute the finance role comfortably and the clear commerciality, credibility and strategic insight to develop into the CFO within a 12-24 month period.
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified finance professional
- Operating at, or ready for your first FD role
- Equally comfortable with the detail required to ensure compliance and the ability to step back to take the strategic view while assessing risk
- Demonstrable experience within a regulated financial services business - ideally in the lending space
- Experience within a scale-up scenario, both nationally and internationally, would be highly regarded.
If you want the excitement and potential reward of a start-up, but value the profile of a business with a brand, customer base, investor base and plan where you can truly explore your potential and be rewarded for your part in its success, apply now for a confidential discussion.
