The Talent Labs was set up in 2007 as a LinkedIn networking group called The Firm (Forum for In‑house Recruitment Managers). Over the last decade we have evolved and rebranded into a flourishing membership, training and consultancy business dedicated to empowering people leaders and their teams with cutting‑edge insights, expertise, and tools to unlock their potential in recruiting, managing, and retaining talent. Having recently re‑launched with an expanded set of services, a new name, and a vibrant brand, we are at an exciting stage in our evolution with ambitious growth plans.
We are adding to our growing sales function at The Talent Labs and in this newly created position we are looking for a driven, proactive and enthusiastic individual to come on board to develop new and existing partnerships with suppliers in the talent management and learning and development markets. Confident in developing new business opportunities and maximising existing revenue streams you will also be great at developing long term partnerships and have fantastic influencing, negotiation and objection handling skills.
