We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie that is ready for a new challenge and wants the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and progress within the business.

The Fire Station is an iconic pub and restaurant at the heart of Waterloo.

Following a major refurbishment, we've created a vibrant space serving great food from lunch through to dinner, alongside classic cocktails and exceptional customer experiences.

Located steps from Waterloo Station and The Old Vic Theatre, we're a bustling venue that welcomes commuters, theatre guests, sports fans, and after-work drinkers.
