Hourly Rate £15.97 per hour. An annual leave contribution is included within the hourly rate.

Bank Hours: Hours to be worked as and when required and/or available to cover holidays and absence. Hours available will often be advised at short notice. Shifts will include daytime, early evenings and weekend working.

Marine Court, in Littlehampton is the perfect setting for our service users and guests of Fire Fighters Charity to recover.

The Role: As a bank Administrator, you will work alongside our existing administration team at Marine Court and provide an efficient, courteous and professional administrative service to our service users and visitors, ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service. You will undertake administration tasks as part of our organisational administration processes, ensuring consistency across Fire Fighters Charity, and support in ensuring our customer relationship management system is updated with the correct information in a timely manner. Meeting and greeting our service users as they attend Marine Court at the beginning of their stay is an important part of the role and you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to provide a professional and reassuring experience for them.

About You: It is important, to be successful in this role, that you have administrative skills and experience of working within a customer service environment. You will always show a positive approach to customer care and have the ability to communicate with people both verbally and in writing, maintaining a professional and courteous service. You will have experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including: MS Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ideally, you will also have experience using a Customer Relationship Management system. This role is subject to a Standard Disclosure and Barring Services Check.
