They are now seeking an experienced and highly capable Event Production Manager to join their team in Bagshot, Surrey. This is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end specification, procurement, and delivery of all technical and production elements across their events portfolio. You will transform creative concepts into technically robust, commercially sound, and flawlessly executed live experiences — ensuring excellence from initial brief through to final de-rig.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clients and internal creative teams to translate briefs into practical, technically viable production solutions.
- Develop comprehensive production budgets and schedules, leveraging strong supplier relationships to secure best value.
- Oversee all on-site production elements including AV, staging, lighting, rigging, and logistics — managing installation through to breakdown.
- Act as the senior on-site production lead, coordinating event managers, suppliers, venues, and clients.
- Proactively manage and resolve challenges, adapting plans swiftly to maintain seamless delivery.
- Build and maintain a trusted supplier network, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and health standards.
