Our client, a leading Healthcare / Pharma events agency in Berkshire, are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their super-friendly and talented team. (International travel involved)
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end to end project management for live and virtual events. These projects are often high profile, with large budgets, they vary in specification, size, and complexity, but always involve providing the ultimate experience that looks beyond the obvious for their clients.
Client Relationships- Forge trusting relationships with clients ensuring their requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
- Attend client meetings and reviews as required.
- Be the operational lead for key client accounts.
- Support the client success team in the implementation of client processes and procedures, SLA’s and strategies.
- Unearth opportunities for account growth.
- Take the lead on projects to include large full service complex events, overseeing all elements of the event deliverables to include logistics, digital, production, design, video and exhibitions.
- Lead and manage a small team.
- Lead creative ideation processes.
- Identify and manage all internal and external resources, overseeing all aspects of the event, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain project documentation, managing project timelines and milestones keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Financial responsibility and commercial awareness, including negotiation of third-party costs, expense tracking, budget creation and reconciliation, whilst maintaining agency standards for profit margin.
- Control scope creep and change effectively, keeping the client informed and budget updated.
- Enforce adherence to compliance and GDPR, to include any client regulations.
