Our client are an industry leading experiential and shopper marketing agency who manage all in-store and out-of-store experiential events and activations for some of the most well known FMCG and retail brands. The Senior Account Director will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and growth through successful campaign delivery.
Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of campaigns, leading a team, and mentoring Account Directors & Campaign Managers. This role requires strong stakeholder management as well as collaboration with internal departments. It is fast-paced and requires significant travel during busy periods to attend events. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining high-quality execution of events. You will also seek new business opportunities to exceed revenue goals and expand service offerings while leading pitches and submissions.
- Client Relations
