Purpose of Senior Account Manager Role: You will be a primary interface between our client and their clients, having responsibility for building and sustaining successful client relationships that deliver year on year growth.
Accountabilities of Senior Account Manager:
- Support the sharing of knowledge in the FMCG, personal care, Beauty, and Health sector across the Client Development team and wider departments.
- Keeping our client relevant and thought leading with their clients.
- Effectively resourcing the pipeline which you oversee, ensuring that resource requirements are communicated to your team and wider departments.
- Work with line manager to lead the development and execution of these opportunities in bringing them to market.
- Anticipate how change will impact the business and adjust their strategy accordingly.
- Understand the targeted clients changing audience behaviours so that they can create bespoke, strategic solutions which solve their challenges.
- Positioning them as a strategic partner & creating deeper relationships with their clients.
- Work with their other departments to develop strategic account development plans of the targeted accounts.
- Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders that can be leveraged to build strong cross functional opportunities.
- Continually refining and improving the pitch process & client development RACI.
- Accurate forecasting for the pipelines which you own, communicate changes in forecast to business in timely and concise manner.
Experience Needed for Senior Account Manager role:
- Experience and passion for the strategic development of shopper, experiential and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience within FMCG, Beauty or Personal Care clients.
- Demonstrated client loyalty that facilitates new business opportunities.
- Proven client management, problem solving and relationship building.
- Experience working across Brand Development teams and all Agency Environments to ensure Experiential is part of all Brand planning.
