Our client is a leading experiential events & brand activation agency who manage all in-store and out-of-store events and demonstrations for major FMCG and retail brands. They are now looking for a dynamic Senior Account / Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile client campaigns, delivering exceptional brand experiences both in-store and out-of-store.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind campaign success - from creative to overseeing planning, budgeting, execution, and post-campaign evaluation. You'll be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding results. Please note: This role requires travel to live events across the UK and being on-site during events.
Key Responsibilities of Account / Project Manager:
- Account Handling: Manage multi-dimensional campaigns with precision, creativity, and flair. Foster invaluable relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. Analyse results and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Creative: Dive into their creative process; take, shape & deliver comprehensive briefs and liaise with creative colleagues - your voice will shape the future of ground-breaking campaigns. Be a visionary and a guide, steering clients through their world of creativity.
- Finance: Manage margins, understand what affects them and upsell accounts where possible. Understand how costs impact client budgets and be able to discuss next steps with client.
Requirements of Account / Project Manager:
- At least two years of successful professional experience in a similar Live Events/ Experiential role is a must.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills to write strong campaign reports, training documents, internal and external emails and deliver solid presentations.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple clients.
- Proven client relationship development skills and the ability to think beyond the immediate execution.
- Good understanding of campaign reporting and analysis.
- High level of IT literacy, including the ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports. (Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - oh and Microsoft Teams!)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen and evidence of effective budget management experience.
