They are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead brand and growth strategy across their portfolio of global festivals. This is a senior leadership position that sits at the intersection of music, culture, and business. You will be responsible for setting the long-term vision, driving innovative marketing execution, and building a globally resonant presence for their festivals — from Portugal to Miami to Ghana and beyond.
Strategic Leadership- Define and execute the long-term marketing vision across their festival portfolio
- Translate brand strategy into data-driven, culturally rich multi-channel campaigns
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new launches and geographic expansion
- Identify new revenue and audience growth opportunities through digital innovation, brand partnerships, and platform integrations
- Evolve their marketing stack to include predictive analytics and AI-driven insights
- Own the global festival marketing budget; forecast, manage, and optimise for ROI
