Our client is growing and they're looking for driven, organised Project Managers to join their Projects team based at their Farnborough head office. This is a full-time permanent role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment and wants to play a key role in delivering exceptional exhibition and display projects.
Working closely with their Technical Design and Operations teams, you’ll oversee projects from concept through to completion. Using creative concepts developed by their Sales and Design teams, you’ll coordinate the full delivery process — from ordering materials and scheduling labour to managing logistics and supporting clients throughout their journey.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be solving challenges, managing multiple moving parts, and helping deliver high-quality exhibition experiences for clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities as Project Manager:
- Coordinate with Technical Designers to ensure technical drawings, cut files, and pick lists are completed accurately and on schedule
- Work with suppliers and the procurement team to source framework, graphics, and event amenities efficiently and cost‑effectively
- Liaise with Operations to ensure all builds, installations, and breakdowns are delivered on time and to specification
- Maintain accurate project information within internal CRM and management systems
- Attend exhibition sites to oversee delivery, support installations, and hand over completed projects to clients
- Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost management
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish, ensuring clients feel supported throughout every stage of the project
You’ll have:
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Experience using project or workflow management tools such as Monday.com
- Previous experience managing client relationships and expectations
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands
- A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Confidence working independently and using your own initiative
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software or SketchUp would be beneficial, although training will be offered
