Our client are a dynamic events agency specialising in corporate events for prominent clients in the UK and across the globe. With hospitality at the heart of everything they do, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional experiences that consistently exceed expectations.

They are now seeking an experienced and highly capable Event Production Manager to join their team in Bagshot, Surrey. This is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end specification, procurement, and delivery of all technical and production elements across their events portfolio.

You will transform creative concepts into technically robust, commercially sound, and flawlessly executed live experiences — ensuring excellence from initial brief through to final de-rig.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients and internal creative teams to translate briefs into practical, technically viable production solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive production budgets and schedules, leveraging strong supplier relationships to secure best value.
  • Oversee all on-site production elements including AV, staging, lighting, rigging, and logistics — managing installation through to breakdown.
  • Act as the senior on-site production lead, coordinating event managers, suppliers, venues, and clients.
  • Proactively manage and resolve challenges, adapting plans swiftly to maintain seamless delivery.
  • Build and maintain a trusted supplier network, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards across all projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement of production processes to uphold consistently high standards.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex events and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • International event experience desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual and live production solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health & safety legislation and on-site compliance.
  • Financially astute with demonstrable experience managing production budgets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business systems.
  • Skilled negotiator with strong supplier management capability.
  • Experience using CAD software for technical drawings (advantageous).
  • Confident presenter, able to communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels.
