Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Informatics Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Millford, Massachusetts (3 days per week in-office)

Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential to extend)

Day Rate: Competitive – based on experience

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring across Informatics, Data Science, and Scientific Software roles. This is a hands-on contract role supporting a global organization’s Informatics team based in Millford, MA. You’ll play a key part in sourcing, engaging, and delivering top technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and TA leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Informatics and Scientific Technology roles including Data Engineers, Software Developers, Bioinformatics Specialists, DevOps, and Product Managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, role specifications, and candidate profiles.
• Build, nurture, and maintain pipelines of niche Informatics talent across the U.S.
• Conduct initial interviews, screen candidates, and present qualified shortlists.
• Manage scheduling, feedback, and process flow through ATS and internal systems.
• Provide market intelligence, benchmarking, and support diversity hiring initiatives.
• Work on-site in Millford, MA 3 days per week; remote the rest of the time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting for Informatics/Scientific/Healthcare IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. tech hiring market, particularly life sciences, biotech, or research-focused domains.
• Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions at pace.
• Excellent sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience using ATS platforms (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up (minimum 3 days/week in Millford office).

Preferred:

• Previous experience recruiting for global scientific organizations.
• Understanding of regulatory environments (GxP, FDA) is a plus.
• Available to start immediately or with short notice.
