We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a highly respected independent financial planning firm based in Shrewsbury. Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice and maintaining outstanding client service standards.
The Role Responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business and provider applications
- Managing client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements
- Obtaining policy information and Letters of Authority
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
