What does it entail?

  • Job scheduling and coordination of service delivery across multiple regions.
  • Liaising with customers and technicians to arrange pre‑planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Ensuring follow‑up work is actioned (e.g., booking permits, updating schedules).
  • Managing incoming calls and customer queries in a small but busy contact centre environment.
  • Optimising technician schedules based on geography, travel time, and job type.
  • Supporting the service delivery, billing, and finance teams with reports and management information (MI).
