The Filo Project seeks caring individuals in the United Kingdom to host a small group of up to four older people living with dementia in their own home. You don’t need formal care qualifications—just compassion, reliability and a genuine desire to connect with others.
You’ll welcome participants, plan activities and provide a warm, respectful daily routine. Expect 9am–5pm days, a home-cooked lunch, mileage allowances and ongoing training.
