The Fifth Trust is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and energetic Session Instructor to join our team. Our students engage in a wide variety of activities across a selection of sessions, providing a range of creative, practical, and educational opportunities. Whether it’s learning new skills or making everyday decisions, we support each student in making their own choices to encourage confidence and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct a small group of students through various activity stations, providing tailored support to each individual.
- Develop and implement new and engaging activities to keep sessions fresh and stimulating.
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters focus and wellbeing.
- Monitor each student’s progress, adapting activities to meet their evolving needs and abilities, and celebrate their success.
- Work collaboratively with staff, families and care teams.
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
