We are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a world leading provider of water-treatment solutions. This position will play a key role in various aspects of this infrastructure project. Therefore, we are seeking someone with strong organizational skills and excellent business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all UK related procurement/contracts for this project
- Setting up contracts to suppliers and local vendor purchasing orders
- Following up with order progress and agreements to ensure compliance with the project
- Support in issuing proposals and receiving proposals
- Prepare commercial evaluation including recommendations of subcontractors and vendors
- Identify any contractual issues and risks and flag them as necessary
Essential Experience
- 5+ years experience administrating projects
- 5+ years experience procurement experience on infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of NEC Contracts and UK contractual law
- Engineering acumen
