We're looking for an energetic, passionate, and commercially minded Farm Shop & Restaurant Manager to lead and grow our farmshop & kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact - helping shape the future direction of the business, championing local produce, creating exciting events, and building a welcoming community space that people love to visit.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop the team, drive sales and profitability, ensure excellent food safety standards, and create exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the daily operation of the farmshop and kitchen/restaurant working closely with our fantastic head chef and the wider team.
  • Driving sales, profitability, and business growth.
  • Managing stock, labour, waste, and operational performance.
  • Developing seasonal promotions, events, workshops, and community activities.
  • Championing local suppliers and farm-produced products, working with our very own farm.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a destination experience.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Maintaining exceptional food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, farmshop, café, restaurant or food service management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for local food, farming, and community engagement.
  • Someone with the drive, creativity, and passion to take ownership and make things happen.
