Waiting Staff to join our farmshop & restaurant team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys meeting people and takes pride in creating great experiences for our guests.

You'll be an important part of our front-of-house team, delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service while working closely with the kitchen and wider team to make every visit special.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly and positive attitude.
  • Providing attentive and knowledgeable table service throughout the guest experience.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
  • Having a good understanding of our menu, ingredients, local produce and seasonal dishes.
  • Communicating clearly with the kitchen regarding orders, allergies and guest requirements.
  • Delivering food and drinks efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Checking in with guests throughout their visit and responding to their needs.
  • Handling guest questions, requests and feedback in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Keeping tables, restaurant areas and guest spaces clean, tidy and welcoming.
  • Supporting the wider team with opening and closing duties.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, health & safety and allergen procedures.
  • Supporting events, promotions and seasonal activities when required.
  • Helping to create a fun, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service.
  • Friendly, approachable and confident with excellent communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Able to remain calm, organised and positive during busy services.
  • An interest in food, local produce and seasonal ingredients.
  • Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in.
  • Someone who takes pride in creating a great experience for every guest.
