Supervisor to join our farmshop & restaurant team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people, and wants to take the next step in their career while helping create a welcoming destination that people love to visit.

Working closely with the General and Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the team during service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests receive an exceptional experience.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervising the front-of-house team during service and helping ensure the smooth running of each shift.
  • Leading by example and creating a positive, friendly and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring consistently high service standards.
  • Supporting the team with opening and closing procedures.
  • Helping to coordinate service between the restaurant, farmshop and kitchen.
  • Ensuring tables, restaurant areas and guest spaces are presented to a consistently high standard.
  • Supporting team members with their day-to-day responsibilities and helping new colleagues settle into the team.
  • Dealing confidently and professionally with guest questions, requests and feedback.
  • Supporting the General and Assistant Manager with events, promotions and seasonal activities.
  • Helping to monitor stock and minimise waste.
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and compliance standards.
  • Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the shift when required.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, café, farmshop or food service.
  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience would be beneficial.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and great customer service.
  • Friendly, confident and approachable with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and able to remain calm and positive during busy services.
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to lead by example.
  • A good understanding of food safety, health & safety and hospitality standards.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for local food, farming and community.
  • Someone with energy, initiative and a positive attitude.
