The Field Farmshop - Flax Bourton is launching September 2026 and seeks an energetic Sous Chef to join the farmshop and kitchen team.
You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead the kitchen in their absence, and help craft seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients.
You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation, and mentor junior chefs while ensuring safety and cost control in a busy, collaborative environment.
