Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. The Role

As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding. Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction. This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as you will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
