The Hive Brighton is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our growing early learning centre. If you are a Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator looking to work in a supportive, collaborative, and professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Support children’s development across social, emotional, and cognitive areas
- Build strong, professional relationships with families and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment
- Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
- Support daily routines and contribute to a positive centre culture
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience in a long day care or early learning setting (preferred)
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
- Current National Police Check (within 6 months)
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
