The Fendale Group in Greater London is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our production kitchen on a Temp-to-Perm basis.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to drive prep, production, and service for our event portfolios and corporate catering channels, leading CDP and Commis staff.

You will uphold strict hygiene, sustainability benchmarks, and contribute to our zero-waste goals while gaining a permanent salaried contract and expanded benefits after the probation period.
