- Oversee the daily housekeeping operations of the team, ensuring our Guests feel like they are our extended family.
- Assist with making The Fellows House Glisten while allowing the team to grow and develop current skills.
- Speak with the team to discuss their day’s duties.
- Work allocation reports completed.
- Front of House Areas quality checked against set criteria.
- Arrival bedrooms set and ready for our guests.
- Training of current and new team to allow self-growth of the team.
- Discuss The Fellows House Values.
- Report any concerns to Housekeeping Manager.
Requirements
- UK citizen or valid work permit.
- Proficient numeracy and literacy skills.
- 3 years previous experience of a senior management role in a Hilton product using OnQ.
- Proven ability to oversee the Rooms Division and manage costs effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety Laws.
- Sales and Marketing aptitude.
