The Person

  • You are a fun, friendly and well-presented individual.

  • You have experience in a Food & Beverage environment or in customer service.
  • You enjoy contact with people.

The Role

  • Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the restaurant until they leave.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve complaints or issues guests might have.
  • Maintain friendly and professional service at all times.
  • Upsell and maximise sales and revenue.

Requirements

  • UK citizen or valid work permit.
  • Previous Food & Beverage hotel or Restaurant experience is desired.
  • Previous experience in a high volume/fast paced environment.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
