The Person
You are a fun, friendly and well-presented individual. You are a great team worker and are passionate about customer service and eager to make a difference to our guests' experience. You have experience in Food Beverage environment or in customer service and enjoy contact with people.
The Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all hotel and external guests. You will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails and drinks in our fantastic bar.
- Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the bar until they leave
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Resolve complaints or issues guests might have
- Maintain friendly and professional service at all times
- Upsell and maximise sales and revenue
- Craft fantastic drinks and cocktails
Requirements
UK citizen or valid work permit
Previous Food Beverage hotel or Restaurant experience is desired
Good knowledge and experience with Mixology
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
