We are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to work on one of the biggest football shows and also support our whole podcast slate. Focusing on producing new and exciting ideas across all channels and socials especially YouTube. We are looking for an adaptable, enthusiastic and selfâmotivated individual with excellent visual and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Produce a range of creative content for one of our football shows, developing new and exciting ideas.
- Work alongside the creative team to support ideas and visions with aligned graphic concepts.
- Design, deliver and manage online assets such as daily YouTube thumbnails & social media content - ensuring brand guidelines are implemented across all projects.
- Consistently come up with creative ideas and ways to improve existing styles.
- Stay current with graphic, typography, social, and YouTube/Social media trends plus new techniques within the graphic design industry.
- Own the consistency of graphic/image quality, ensuring all assets delivered are in line with brand guidelines.
- Structure your workload to ensure deadlines are met consistently.
- Support the Lead Graphic Designer in the design process â from artwork to thumbnails & social work and ensuring it's to the highest standard.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Excellent knowledge of social media especially YouTube and Instagram, how it works and things that will support the pages with design work.
- An understanding of storytelling with graphics through content across all social media channels to bring knowledge of cultural/societal trends/high engagement to our channels.
- Strong layout and typography skills.
- Outstanding eye for detail and a commitment to highâquality work, able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent and confident organisational and communication skills.
- Organised and structured in your work.
