Fellas Studios are looking for a Junior Video Editor with great experience in editing for Fellas Studios and the shows it creates. You’ll be proficient in being able to tell a coherent story with an edit, as well as having experience in motion graphics.

About The Fellas Studios: Fellas Studios is a cutting‑edge video podcast studio where ideas flourish, stories captivate, and voices resonate. We are at the epicentre of creativity, driving thought leadership and innovation through the medium of video podcasting.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Editing full podcasts for audio and video across The Fellas Studios shows
  • Creating short form video content for all social platforms
  • Responding to notes from the producer and talent
  • Continually striving to understand the tone of the show
  • Maintaining impeccable grammar and punctuation skills within subtitles
  • Working to deadlines and engagement targets
  • Being organised with media management across multiple projects
  • Taking our editorial video to the next level, by continually developing and improving the quality of our videos to make them more engaging

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Junior Video Editor for a number of years
  • Experience of editing content for YouTube and TikTok
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Be conscious of maintaining excellent grammar and punctuation
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Excellent team player; organised and able to work quickly without losing attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:

  • £27,000-£32,000 salary depending on experience
  • 25 days paid holiday per year
  • Christmas shut down period (WFH)
