The Assistant Producer is a key supporting role within the production team, contributing to the creative and operational delivery of a football-focused video podcast at Fellas Studios. This position supports the Content Lead and wider production team across all stages of the podcast lifecycle, from pre-production and recording through to post-production, social content, and live streams. The Assistant Producer will play an important part in ensuring episodes are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with the fast-paced nature of football content.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Production Support: Support the Content Lead and production team across all stages of production, including pre-production planning, recording days, and post-production delivery.
- Content Support: Assist with the development and delivery of show content, including episode planning, research, running orders, and supporting reactive football discussions.
- Live Streaming: Support and assist with live streams around football fixtures, including evenings and weekends, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to production standards.
- Technical Support: Assist with the technical setup for recording sessions and live streams, including cameras, audio, lighting, and general studio preparation.
- Editing & Post-Production: Edit and support the delivery of both long-form podcast episodes and short-form social clips, ensuring content meets Fellas Studios' quality standards.
- Social Media: Assist with managing, uploading, and scheduling social content across relevant platforms, ensuring timely posting around football news cycles and matchdays.
- Feedback & Performance: Support the team in monitoring audience feedback and performance metrics, helping identify opportunities to improve future episodes and social output.

Proactive nature with the ability to pre-empt issues, taking appropriate steps and escalation when required. An excellent knowledge of the ever-growing TikTok & YouTube space, with an understanding of YouTube analytics as a perk.
- Collaborative: Able to work harmoniously in a team. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Develops effective relationships with colleagues in other areas of the business, who can assist you in achieving goals.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 base salary depending on experience.
